Update 04: Former Director Katrin Schwarz expelled…how depressingly predictable

Having been illegitimately prevented from taking part in the management of the club, as was her entitlement as a legitimately elected Director, by the Briars-led Committee of February 2021, former Director Katrin Schwarz was, as expected, expelled and banned from the club on 22 February 2022

This final action followed a year of her being subjected to bullying, threatening, intimidatory and belittling behaviour by successive Briars-led Committees.

…The Panel considered the committee’s complaint that your actions and permitted publications undermine the good name and integrity of the club, its elected committees past and present and that your continuing conduct is wholly inconsistent with the spirit, ethos and welfare of the squash club and its membership, in light of your letter dated 10th of November 2021 to the club’s insurers and the material published under your name on an imitation web site…the panel found that the Committee’s complaint against you is upheld…”

Essentially Katrin Schwarz has been expelled for publicising her maltreatment at the hands of successive Briars-led Committees.

Extraordinarily – or perhaps not so – the Committee expressed the potential for her re-admission to the club on condition that she:

• Ensure the removal of her [damaging] authored content from this site.

• Withdraw all complaints of wrongdoing against the Directors, including that of bullying by the Chairman Gawain Briars, submitted both to the club and externally to England Squash.

Inducement indeed.
